Things in our basement

Three mice down, not sure how many to go.

And I'm wondering how much it costs to waterproof a basement, after first getting rid of the black mold and dealing with the crumbling plaster.

So tired.

    That basement project does not sound fun - hopefully it won't be too expensive!
